We’re back for the third edition of our intimate live music series in the basement of Meneer de Wit.

For this edition, we’re bringing together three artists who each have their own way of turning stories, emotions and everyday life into music.

Jana Mila Jana Mila writes songs with razor-sharp lyrics and surprising melodies. Rooted in the tradition of artists like Sheryl Crow, Brandi Carlile, Julia Jacklin, Carly Simon and Phoebe Bridgers, her music feels both fresh and familiar. After being discovered by Ilse DeLange, Jana travelled to Nashville to record her debut album Chameleon with legendary musicians, followed by a tour across more than twenty US states. Expect a set that moves effortlessly from intimate and melancholic to energetic and uplifting.

FEMI With her honest lyrics, FEMI takes you into a layered world of alternative folk. Inspired by Big Thief, Joni Mitchell and Bob Dylan, she blends personal storytelling with classical and modern influences. After reaching the finals of the Amsterdamse Popprijs 2024, she released her debut single “Coyote.” Her debut EP Deadline is coming this April.

Tinko A cross between a love letter and a suicide note, Tinko’s music combines tender vocals with raw, poetic lyrics. It hits you in the stomach, then wraps you in a warm embrace. Inspired by nature, dogs and loneliness, Tinko brings that loneliness to the stage in songs that are as vulnerable as they are uncompromising.
